Internal regulations of the Lila Presqu’île network#

These regulations apply to all regular routes.

Passengers must board and alight only at the official stops marked on the Lila Presqu’île network (blue sign). As stops are optional, passengers must signal to the driver to stop. Under no circumstances may passengers request a change to the route indicated on the timetable or ask to be dropped off at a stop that is not marked.
Within the Ycéo network, stops served by the Lila Presqu’île network are marked with a sticker
bearing the name of the network. Journeys within the Saint Nazaire Agglo area are possible on Lila Presqu’île lines.

All passengers must be in possession of a valid ticket for the Lila Presqu’île network. These include
Lila Presqu’île or Aléop tickets available as single tickets (available from the driver), ticket books
or season tickets in paper or ticket form.
Students with a school pass issued by CapAtlantique La Baule-Guérande Agglo may use the Lila Presqu’île network outside of the summer holidays. However, in the event of overcrowding, priority is given to non-students. The driver may therefore refuse access to a student with a school pass who has a dedicated school route.
Métrocéane tickets are accepted on Lila Presqu’île vehicles.
Passengers must show their ticket to the driver and validate it, or show their pass, each time they board the vehicle. Where applicable, a photo ID must be displayed on the card.
Ycéo tickets provide access to line 13 and line 2 of the Lila Presqu'île network. Please note that passes for
4-11 year olds and 12-17 year olds are not accepted on line 2. Only the Multipass annual pass is valid on all
lines, upon presentation of the payment coupon.
Lila Presqu'île tickets are valid for two hours on all Lila Presqu'île lines and Ycéo urban lines,
 including Hélyce.

For conditions of free travel, passengers should refer to the Lila Presqu’île network fare schedule.
Any user who has lost or forgotten their ticket must purchase a new ticket in order to travel legally
on the Lila Presqu’île network.
When paying for a ticket with the driver using notes or coins, the user is required to provide
exact change in accordance with Article L112-5 of the Monetary and Financial Code. Otherwise, the driver may refuse to sell the ticket.

It is prohibited to travel with foul-smelling, flammable, toxic or dangerous items. Bicycles are not permitted on the Lila Presqu’île network.

Only folding bicycles are accepted on lines 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 13, provided they are folded and travel takes place outside peak hours, i.e. between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. and after 6:30 p.m.
Scooters (electric or otherwise) must be folded on lines 7, 8, A1 and A2. On other lines, they must be folded only when the bus is very crowded.
Luggage is accepted on lines 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 13, 20 East, 20 West and 30. On other lines, only luggage that can be carried on your lap is accepted. Accepted size: 56 x 45 x 25 cm, including handles and
wheels (cabin luggage size).

Pushchairs are accepted on all routes. They must be folded on routes operated by
8- or 20-seater vehicles, i.e. routes 7, 8, 9, 10, 20 East, 20 West and 30. Anyone who refuses to fold their
pushchair may be refused access to the vehicle. On lines 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 13, folding the pushchair is not
mandatory.
In any case, luggage, pushchairs, shopping trolleys, etc. must not obstruct the emergency exits or hinder
traffic in the aisles. If this is the case, their owner may be forced to leave the vehicle.

Groups of more than 8 people are invited to request authorisation from Lila Presqu'île if they wish to use the
network. For lines 7, 8, A1 and A2, this number is reduced to 4 people.

With the exception of small animals (dogs and cats) transported in a basket and assistance dogs for disabled persons
fitted with a specific harness, no animals are allowed on board vehicles.

This prohibition applies in particular to exotic pets and category 1 dogs (pit bulls, Rottweilers, etc.).

Children aged 0 to 5 must be accompanied throughout the entire journey by a legal guardian or any other person over the age of 12 designated by that legal guardian.
For children aged 6 to 9, whose parents decide to let them travel alone, the presence of a legal representative or any person designated by them is mandatory.
For children aged 6 to 9, whose parents decide to let them travel alone, the presence of a legal guardian or any person designated by them is mandatory at the point of boarding until the child is taken into the driver's care, as well as at the point of alighting.
In the event of non-compliance with the above conditions, children will be taken to the nearest police station.
The driver is not responsible for the safety of children travelling alone.
In the event of non-compliance with the above conditions, children will be taken to the nearest police station.

The driver may refuse access to the vehicle if the number of seats is exceeded.
On line 2 (between Brehany and Coulvé) and all of lines 7, 8, A1 and A2, passengers must remain seated.
Passengers must behave respectfully towards the driver
and other passengers throughout the journey.
The following is strictly prohibited (non-exhaustive list):
• Putting your feet on the seats
• Soiling or damaging the equipment
• Using sound devices or instruments without individual headphones.
• Talking to the driver and/or distracting them from driving.
• Operating the emergency exits except in the event of an accident.
• Moving around the vehicle during the journey.
• Vaping, smoking and consuming illegal substances  in the vehicles.
• Consuming alcoholic beverages.

The driver may decide to refuse access to a customer if they behave in a manner that poses a risk of
disturbing public order (excessive aggression, etc.) or risks disturbing other passengers.
If a passenger exhibits any of these behaviours during the journey, the driver may require them to
alight at the next scheduled stop, with the exception of minors. The
police may be called to punish any passenger guilty of disturbing public order or causing damage.
Rubbish (wrapping paper, cans, bottles, etc.) must not be left in the vehicle. In the event of damage to the vehicle, the perpetrator will be required to reimburse the carrier for the cost of repairs.

All passengers on the Lila Presqu’île network must present their ticket to the driver and submit to a possible inspection
of their ticket by a network inspector.

Passengers travelling without a ticket or with an invalid ticket are liable to a fixed fine
under Article 80-4 of the Decree of 22 March 1942. The amount of the fine is set by decision of the Community Council. This fine does not exempt the passenger from purchasing the ticket required to regularise their
journey.
CapAtlantique La Baule-Guérande Agglo may decide to temporarily or permanently exclude
any user who has violated these internal regulations.

In the event of an incident during the journey that prevents the service from continuing (impassable road, etc.), the driver will drop passengers off at the nearest Lila Presqu’île network stop.

Items found in vehicles are collected by the driver. These items are then kept at the headquarters of
the operating company, which sets its own retention periods.
